Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na oblast pohledávek ve společnosti. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy jako je podnik a okolí podniku, popsány činnosti předcházející vzniku pohledávek a jsou podrobně charakterizovány jednotlivé druhy pohledávek, jejich odraz v účetnictví a jejich zajištění. V analytické části jsou provedeny rozbory jednotlivých ukazatelů řízení pohledávek, aktiv a závazků jako celku a poté je zpracována analýza vybraného vzorku pohledávek. Na závěr této práce je na základě těchto výsledků navrženo doporučení pro firmu PANOP, spol. s.r.o. |

This bachelor thesis is focused on the claims settlement in the organization. There is an explanation of the basis terms in the theoretical part such as organization, organization environment, as well as an outline of all activities preceding the claims occurence. The theoretical part also shows the possibilities in terms of claims indemnity and defines the claims types and its effect on the bookkeeping. In the analytical part there are analyses of claims settlement indicators, assets and liability and then there is a detailed analysis of a selected claims sample. In the conclusion there are several suggestions for the company PANOP, Ltd. ensuing the claims assessment. |
