dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou uplatněním principů štíhlé logistiky ve firmě Remak a.s. Teoretická část práce představuje ucelený pohled na základní nástroje a principy štíhlé logistiky. Praktická část se zaměřuje na analýzu současného stavu interních logistických procesů, na jíž základě jsou vytvořeny návrhy na odstranění plýtvání, implementaci metody 5S a změnu manipulační techniky. V závěru jsou přidány doporučení pro zlepšení budoucího vývoje firmy.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	In my thesis I deal with the questions of the application of Lean Logistics in the company Remak a.s. The theoretical part introduces the integrated view of the area of the Lean Logistics. In the practical part I focus on the analysis of contemporary state of the internal logistic processes. Proposals for the waste elimination, implementation of the 5S method and changes of the manipulation techniques are based on this analysis. The conclusion offers us the recomendations for the improvement of the incoming development of the company.	en
