dc.description.abstract	Tématem předkládané bakalářské práce je problematika týmové práce a spolupráce mezi jednotlivými členy týmu, vzájemná komunikace mezi vedením podniku a jejími zaměst-nanci, a komunikační projevy mezi jednotlivými členy týmu. Z popisu jednotlivých druhů týmu a hlavních používaných metod v týmech ve výrobních podnicích je odvozena malá sondážní studie. V této praktické části jsem si zvolila tři týmy z vybrané společnosti a po-kusila jsem se analyzovat pomocí dotazníkové metody chování jednotlivých týmů. Hlavním zkoumaným problémem byla orientace na kladení záměrně zvolených otázek, ve kterých jsem se zaměřila především na zvládání a hodnocení týmové práce v podniku jako celku.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The theme of the presented bachelor thesis are problems of teamworking, co-operating between team members, cross communication between the top management and employees and last, but not least communication between team members. A subject study is derived from the description of the individual sorts of teams and from the main methods used by them in the companies. For the case study I chose three teams in the company and tried to analyse the behaviour of each of them using questionnaires. The main investigated issue was focusing on asking deliberately chosen questions when I targeted mainly the managing and evaluating of teamwork in the company as a whole.	en
