Diplomová práce je zaměřena na izolaci vitaminu E a jeho stanovení vysoce účinnou kapalinovou chromatografií (HPLC). Tento v tucích rozpustný vitamin je významným antioxidantem. Byly vyzkoušeny možnosti jeho izolace a nalezeny optimální chromatografické podmínky pro jeho analýzu. Bylo stanoveno jeho množství ve vybraných vzorcích obilovin a získané hodnoty byly porovnány s publikovanými údaji. |

This master thesis is focused on isolation of vitamin E and its determination by high-performance liquid chromatography. This fat-soluble vitamin is an important antioxidant. Possibilities of its isolation were tested and optimum chromatographic conditions for its analysis were found. Its quantity was determined in selected samples of cereals and the obtained values were compared with literature. |
