Tato práce je zaměřena na odrůdy a genotypy muchovníku a možnosti jejich potenciálního využití v lidské výživě. V literární části jsou uvedeny poznatky o typických druzích jádrového ovoce. Dále jsou zpracovány chemické analýzy jednotlivých genotypů muchovníku. Ty jsou následně konfrontovány s literárními údaji. Práce podává přehled o základních nutričních a technologických parametrech nových genotypů muchovníku, které jsou vhodné pro pěstování a využití v České republice. |

This thesis targets on cultivars of Saskatoon-berry and potentional usages in nutrition. In theoretical part are written knowledges about typical sort of pomaceous fruits. Further there are processed chemical analyses of each cultivar of Saskatoon-berry and then confront with literary dates. The thesis shows a summary of basic nutrition and technological parametres of new cultivars of Saskatoon-berry, which are good for planting and usage in the Czech Republic. |
