dc.description.abstract	V práci jsem si kladl za cíl osvětlit všechny hlavní atributy v oblasti insolvenčního zákona a jeho pravomocí, které jsem se snažil co nejlogičtěji osvětlit a jasně vysvětlit. Rovněž jsem se snažil poukázat na hlavní odlišnosti nynějšího insolvenčního zákona od úpravy předcházející, které vedou k jednoznačnosti zákona a především k větší ochraně pohledá-vek věřitelů před dlužníky a firmami v úpadku.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	In this bachelor thesis I had the aim to elucidate all main attributes in the insolvency law area and its authority, which I tried to elucidate as logical as possible and clearly explained. I also tried to show main differences betwen current and last insolvency law and these dif-ferences lead to an uniqueness of law and especially to better protection of creditor out-standings in the face of debtors and companies in bankruptcy.	en
