Rozpracovaný je problém plánovania v podniku, controlling v podniku. V praktickej časti je popísaná spoločnosť SLOVMAG a.s. Zameral som sa na plánovanie, controlling a navrhol som projekt spokojnosti zákazníkov. Projekt spokojnosti zákazníkov je spracovanie katalógu výrobkov v elektronickej podobe. Hlavným cieľom je schopnosť podniku aplikovať a využiť produkt pri svojej obchodnej stratégií spoločnosti a zaviesť ho do praxe. | cs |
