dc.description.abstract	Tato práce se zabývá problematikou multikulturalismu v podmínkách současné České republiky se zaměřením na činnost Policie ČR. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní modely přístupu k národnostním a etnickým menšinám včetně přístupu českého. Práce představuje a blíže specifikuje konkrétní mechanizmy, které Policie ČR využívá v policejní práci ve vztahu k národnostním a etnickým menšinám. Praktická část představuje zpracování dotazníkového šetření a zodpovězení stanovených výzkumných otázek prostřednictvím analýzy dat. Hlavním cílem je zjistit, jak nahlíží na nové formy a metody policejní práce ve vztahu k národnostním a etnickým menšinám příslušníci Policie ČR reprezentující majoritu a zástupci těchto menšin.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with multiculture under the current conditions of the Czech Republic with a focus on police action of the Czech Republic. Basic models of the approach towards national and ethnic minorities including the czech one are described in the theoretical part. This work presents and defines the specific mechanisms used by the Police of the Czech Republic in police practice in relation to national minorities. The practical part presents eleboration of the questionnaire investigation and the answers to investigative questions by data analysis. The main objective is to learn how police officers of the Czech Republic who represent the majority and the representatives of minorities look at new forms and methods of police work in relation to national and ethnic minorities.	en
