Práca približuje čitateľovi problematiku energeticky úsporných budov využívajúcich obnoviteľné zdroje energie a moderné riadiace systémy na minimalizáciu prevádzkových nákladov. Zároveň práca obsahuje návrh takejto budovy od výpočtu tepelných strát, cez projektovanie vykurovacej sústavy, sústavy na ohrev teplej vody, zabezpečovacieho a požiarneho systému až po návrh inteligentnej elektroinštalácie a SCADA systému. V závere sa nachádza technicko-ekonomické zhodnotenie projektu. Členenie praktickej časti práce kopíruje následnosť pri reálnom návrhu inteligentného rodinného domu. |

The thesis brings a closer overview on the problem of the energy saving buildings, which use renewable resources of the energy and modern control systems for minimization of operating costs. The thesis also contains project of this kind of building, which consists of the heat loss calculation, design of the heating system, the water heating system, the safety system and the fire system. Moreover, the thesis contains a project of the intelligent house wiring and SCADA system. In the end of the thesis, technical economic system valuation is described. The segmentation of practical part of the thesis reproduces the sequence used in the real design of the intelligent family house. |
