Tento text je rozčleněn na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretickou část tvoří čtyři hlavní kapitoly. V první kapitole se hovoří o právní úpravě činností soukromých detektivů v České republice a následném srovnání s okolními státy, konkrétně Slovenské republiky a Republiky Slovinska. Druhá kapitola se zabývá formami a metodami soukromé detektivní činnosti oficiálně využitelné, kde jsou podrobněji popsány a rozděleny tyto fakta. Třetí kapitola se snaží vyjádřit místo, úlohu, význam a podíl činnosti detektiva na získávání informací, informací o důkazech a důkazů pro obhajobu v trestním řízení. Obdobou je i čtvrtá kapitola, která se však zabývá získáváním informací, informací o důkazech pro správní řízení a procesy občanského soudního řádu. Pátou kapitolou, která je součástí praktické části, jsou možnosti komplexního řešení problematiky soukromé detektivní činnosti v oficiálních řízeních. Výsledkem jsou tedy návrhy základních ustanovení, které by měly být jakýmsi základem pro další vývoj právního odvětví soukromých bezpečnostních služeb jako takových. |

This text is divided into theoretical and practical parts. Theoretical part consists of four main chapters. The first chapter talks about the legal regulation of private detectives in the Czech Republic and comparison with neighbouring states, namely, the Slovak Republic and the Republic of Slovenia. The second chapter deals with the forms and methods of private detective officially usable activities, which are these facts described and classified. The third chapter tries to express the place, role, significance and proportion of detective work to obtain information about evidence and the evidence for the defence in criminal proceedings. The same is the fourth chapter, which deals with obtaining information, however, about the evidence for management and administrative processes of Civil Procedure. The fifth chapter, which is part of the practical part, the choices are complex addressing private detective business in official proceedings. The results are therefore essential provisions of the proposals, which should be a kind of basis for the further development of the legal sector of private security services. |
