Bakalářská práce se zabývá finanční analýzou firmy BUREAU VERITAS CZECH REPUBLIC, spol. s r. o. v letech 2005 až 2008 za pomocí rozvahy, výkazu zisků a ztrát a přílohy k účetní závěrce. V první části mé práce je vysvětleno, co je finanční analýza a jaké jsou její metody. Ve druhé části je provedena finanční analýza společnosti. V bakalářské práci je řešen problém řízení pohledávek a jsou navrhnuta opatření ke zlepšení systému řízení a snížení rizika jejich nezaplacení. Je zde zmíněna také prevence vzniku nedobytných pohledávek, opravné položky k pohledávkám a odpis pohledávek. V závěru jsou shrnuty výsledky jednotlivých analýz, upozornění na problémové oblasti a návrh způsobu jejich řešení. |

This bachelor thesis deals with financial analysis in the BUREAU VERITAS CZECH REPUBLIC, spol. s r. o. (Ltd.) company in the period between 2005 and 2008 using the balance sheet, the profits and loss report and attachments to the final accounts. The first part of my thesis comprises an explanation of the essential facts and role of the financial analysis. The second part of thesis shows practical utilisation of the financial analysis within corporate environment. My thesis concerns the problem of receivables management and the attempt to suggest measures to be taken in order to enhance the system of management and reduction of the risk associated with overdue receivables. I will also focus on prevention to occurrence of receivables, creation of adjusting entries and bad debt write-off. The conclusion provides a summary of results of particular analyses, references to problem areas followed by suggestions regarding possible solutions. |
