Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá broušením s využitím kubického nitridu boru. V teoretické části je obecně popsána problematika technologického procesu broušení, jevy spojené s broušením a materiál kubický nitrid boru jeho výroba, vlastnosti a použití. Praktická část bakalářské práce se zabývá rozdíly a porovnáními mezi výsledky naměřených řezných sil, jakostí povrchu pro různé materiály při různých řezných podmínkách a to pro dva brousící kotouče z nichž jeden obsahuje brusná zrna z kubického nitridu boru. |

This bachelor thesis deals grinding materials with using cubic boron nitride. In the theoretical part is widely described problem of a grinding as technological process, phenomena associated with grinding and cubic boron nitride as material and his produce, properties and application. Practical part bachelor thesis deals with differences and confront between results of measured cutting forces, quality of surface for the differently materials in the differently cutting conditions and this for two grinding wheels. One of them includes cutting grain of cubic boron nitride. |
