Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou řízení zásob ve firmě LEVIOR s.r.o. Cílem práce je navrhnout a doporučit možnosti ke zlepšení hospodaření se zásobami v této společnosti. Teoretická část obsahuje poznatky čerpané z odborné literatury a je věnována charakteristice zásob, jejich členění, funkcím, oceňování, řízení a optimalizaci zásob, základním ukazatelům spojených se zásobami. Tyto informace jsou poté použity jako informační základna pro praktickou část. Analytická část začíná představením společnosti, dále je zaměřena na analýzu vývoje zásob zboží za sledované období 2006-2009, na výpočty vybraných ukazatelů za účelem zjištění, zda je řízení zásob efektivní. V závěrečné části jsou vypracovány návrhy a doporučení, které by mohly přispět ke zlepšení stavu řízení zásob ve společnosti. |

This thesis deals with inventory management in the company LEVIOR s.r.o. The aim of this work is to propose and recommend facilities for improvement of reserves management in this company. The theoretical part includes some facts about reserves drown from special literature and it is devoted to the characteristic of reserves, their structuring, function, assessing, inventory management, optimalization, basic indicators connected to reserves. These information are used as informative base for an analytical section. The analytical part starts with the introduction of the company. Next it focuses on the analyse of stock development for the period 2006-2009 and on the calculations of selected indicators in order to find out, if the inventory management is effective. In the final part the proposals and recommendations are elaborated that could contribute to an improvement of the inventory management in the company. |
