Diplomová práce je zaměřena v obecné rovině na uplatnění absolventů magisterského stupně VŠ, úžeji potom na konkrétní obory - sociální pedagogiku a sociální práci a konkrétně na uplatnění absolventů dvou vysokých škol - Univerzity Tomáše Bati ve Zlíně a Universiteit Gent. V teoretické části budu uvádět stručnou charakteristiku obou zemí, představím systém vzdělávání a obě zvolené univerzity, vymezení sociální pedagogiky a sociální práce, uvedu možnosti uplatnění absolventů těchto dvou oborů a znalosti a dovednosti pracovníků v sociálních službách. Definuji trh práce a postavení čerstvých absolventů na trhu práce. V praktické části pomocí kvantitativního výzkumu budu odpovídat na stanovené výzkumné otázky, jejichž cílem bude zjistit, jaké je uplatnění absolventů oboru sociální práce / sociální pedagogika magisterského stupně dvou vybraných vysokých škol - Universiteit Gent a Univerzity Tomáše Bati ve Zlíně. |

My thesis is orientated in application of graduates of master level of universities in general, more specifically I will write about concrete fields - social pedagogy and social work and in the concrete the application of graduates of two universities - University of Thomas Bata Zlin and Universiteit Gent. There will be characteristic of both countries, system of education , position of "fresh" graduates in the employment market, than characteristic of social work and social pedagogy, competency of workers in the social services, and than objective possibilities of application of graduates of this field, in my thesis. In the practical part I will try to answer my research questions with using of quantitative research. This research will have the aim to discover the application of graduates of master level of two selected universities - Universiteit Gent and University of Thomas Bata Zlin |
