Diplomová práce je zaměřena na příčiny kriminality mladistvých ze sociálního i výchovného hlediska. Práce se zabývá zjišťováním těch nejzávažnějších faktorů, které v současné době svádí mladistvé ke spáchání trestného činu. Autorka poukazuje na vztah výchovy a patologického chování mladistvých. Ve své práci uvádí základní pojmy týkající se kriminality mladistvých. Průzkum v diplomové práci je zaměřen na zjištění příčin a motivů, které vedou mladistvé ke spáchání trestného činu. |
