dc.description.abstract	Předmětem bakalářské práce je analýza efektivnosti a financování investičního projektu. V teoretické části práce bude pozornost zaměřena na základní etapy investičního rozhodování, na popis hlavních metod hodnocení efektivnosti investic, na nejčastější způsoby financování investičních projektů a na faktory ovlivňující investiční rozhodování. V praktické části bakalářské práce se pokusím aplikovat teoretické znalosti na reálný investiční projekt a pokusím se nabídnout konkrétní investiční doporučení.	cs

In the theoretical part of the thesis is paid to basic phases of investment decision, to description of project efficiency evaluation, to the typical forms of the decisions about financing and to the basic factors affecting investment efficiency. Practical part of the bachelor thesis applies the theoretical knowledge to practical investment project and I want to try to offer specific investment recommendation.	en
