dc.description.abstract	V bakalářské práci se zabývám preventivními prohlídkami ve věku 30 - 50 let. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá strukturou a systémem zdravotní péče v oblasti primární prevence, zejména prohlídkami u praktického lékaře pro dospělé, zubního lékaře a ženského lékaře, jejichž důležitou součástí je screening a zdravotní výchova, která by měla na jedince působit už od dětství. Dále uvádím instituce, které se podílejí na ochraně zdraví a zdravotní pojišťovny a jejich preventivní příspěvkové programy. Práce je doplněna v neposlední řadě také zákonnou legislativou týkající se zmiňované problematiky. V praktické části se zabývám průzkumem a analýzou získaných dat vymezujících informovanost veřejnosti o preventivních zdravotnických intervencích.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	My thesis deals with the preventive check-ups at the age of 30-50 years. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part deals with the structure and the health care system in the area of primary prevention, especially the check-ups by a general practitioner for adults, a dentist and a gynaecologist. The important part of the check-ups is screening and health education. The health education should affect every individual from childhood. I also name the institutions involved in health care and health insurance companies and their preventive programs. The thesis also submit the statutory legislation concerning the problematic issues. The practical part deals with research and data analysis setting out the public awareness of preventive health interventions.	en
