Informační systém je důležitý nástroj, který může usnadnit spoustu operací a procesů, ušetřit firmě značnou sumu peněz a také množství času. Vývoj a nabídka možností v oblasti IT a ICT roste geometrickou řadou a s tím i počet nástrah, které číhají při jejich implementaci a používání. Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu informačního systému a spokojenost jeho uživatelů ve vybraném výrobním podniku prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření. Projekt se pak týká návrhů na řešení problémů, které vyplynuly z analýzy. |

The information system is an important tool that can facilitate many operations and processes, saving us a considerable sum of money and the amount of time. Development and offer opportunities in IT and ICT is growing exponentially and thus the number of pitfalls that lurk in their implementation and use. This diploma thesis is focused on analyzing the information system and satisfaction of its users in the selected factory by questionnaire investigation. The project concerns the proposal to addressing the problems that emerged from the analysis. |
