dc.description.abstract	Cílem této bakalářské práce je analyzovat strukturu současného motivačního systému společnosti s fiktivním názvem BankWest, a.s. a na základě provedené analýzy navrhnout jeho zlepšení. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na dosavadní poznatky z oblasti pracovní motivace - nejvýznamnější motivační teorie a nejčastěji používané motivační techniky. Praktická část seznamuje čtenáře s bankou a nabízí analýzu motivačního systému z pohledu frontline pracovních pozic na pobočkách pomocí dotazníku. Výsledky jsou přehledně zachyceny pomocí grafů. Na závěr jsem firmě navrhnul konkrétní doporučení, která by měla vést ke zvýšení motivace zaměstnanců, potažmo vyšším prodejům bankovních produktů.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the current structure of the motivation system at the company with a fictional name BankWest, a.s. and to provide suggestions for improvement. Theoretical part of the thesis focuses on present knowledge regarding the area of work motivation - the most significant motivational theories and the most frequently used motivational techniques. Practical part familiarizes the reader with the bank and offers an analysis of the motivation system from a viewpoint of branch office frontline employees with the help of a questionnaire. The results are well-arranged in graphical form. At the end, I offered specific recommendations to the company which should lead to an increase in employees' motivation and furthermore to larger sales of bank's products.	en
