Cílem této diplomové práce je implementace controllingu, jeho metod a nástrojů pro ma-nažerský pohled na řízení společnosti ROSTRA s.r.o. v návaznosti na nový informační sys-tém, s jehož implementací započala na sklonku loňského roku. V teoretické části analyzuji literární prameny a definuji význam zásadních pojmů a podstaty controllingu, jeho rozdělení a zejména jeho přínosy pro společnost. V praktické části představuji společnost ROSTRA s.r.o., její historii a výrobní program. Hlavním bodem je pak provedení analýzy současného stavu jak po ekonomické stránce, tak i po stránce možnosti využití informačního systému pro nastavení controllingu. Výsledkem provedené analýzy společnosti ROSTRA s.r.o. je navržení modelu controllin-gových nástrojů a reportů pro manažerské řízení firmy. V závěrečné části je provedeno zhodnocení přínosů, nákladů a případných rizik, které by případně mohly projekt ohrozit, a uvedena doporučení a návrhy pro management. |

The aim of this thesis is implementation of controlling, its methods and tool for the ma-nagements overview on the management of company ROSTRA s.r.o. in relation to the im-plementation of new information system,. The implementation of new information system started at the end of last year. In theoretical part I analyze sources from literature and define the meaning of basic terms and the substance of controlling, its division and namely its benefits for the company. In practical part I introduce company ROSTRA s.r.o., its history and production program. Main point is the analysis of current state from economic aspect and the aspect of use of information system for set up of controlling. Outcome of the analysis of company ROSTRA s.r.o. is proposal of model of controlling tools and reports for the firm's management. The conclusion contains the evaluation of benefits, cost and possible risks that could threaten the project, and also includes propositions and advices for the management. |
