dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá hodnotovým systémem žen. Jejím cílem je zjistit, zda ženy vní-mají práci (zaměstnání) jako hodnotu a na jaké místo ve svém hodnotovém systému ji řadí. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části, část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část se zabývá postavením ženy ve společnosti v historii, feminismem, rolemi ženy ve spo-lečnosti v současnosti, hodnotovým systémem a jeho kvalifikací a transformací hodnot. Obsahem praktické části je kvantitativní výzkum, který byl realizován za použití dotazníko-vé metody u výzkumného vzorku zaměstnaných žen. Výzkum se zaměřuje na vztah ženy a zaměstnání, cílem je zjistit, jaká je pozice práce v hodnotovém systému žen. V závěrečné části jsou prezentovány výsledky výzkumu.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	I deal with the women?s system of values in this bachelor work. The aim of this work is to find out the position of work in the women?s system of values. The bachelor work is divided into two parts, the theoretical and the practical part. The theo-retical part describes the position of woman in previous times. I also deal with the feminism, women?s roles in today?s society, the system of values and its qualification and with the transformation of values in this part. The practical part consists of the quantitative research based on the results of the question-naire for chosen employed women. The research concentrates on the relation between women and work in general. The aim of the research was to show the position of work in the women?s system of values. The results of the research are described in the final part of the work.	en
