Bakalářská práce podává obraz o využití profesionálních i dobrovolných kynologů v Integrovaném záchranném systému za pomoci psů. Zabývá se jednotlivými záchrannými složkami a organizacemi v oboru záchranné kynologie, teoretickými základy, metodikou a speciálním výcvikem psů. Součástí práce je i výpis základních požadavků ministerstva vnitra na jednotlivé psovody a psy, kteří mohou být povoláni na území České republiky i na mezinárodních záchranných operacích. Práce je obohacena o praktické zkušenosti z oblasti kynologie. Na začátku práce je zmíněna historie kynologie a postupný vývoj až do současnosti. Poté je vymezeno základní rozdělení Integrovaného záchranného systému. Následující část uvádí nejvhodnější plemena pro záchranářskou práci. Čtvrtá část je zaměřena na výcvik psa, vhodné metody, zásady a volbu vhodného štěněte. Neméně významná je praktická část, kde jsou popsány možnosti použití služebních psů, příslušná legislativa a náklady na psa v soukromých bezpečnostních službách. |

The Bachelor thesis deals with the use of the professional and volunteer cynologists in The Integrated Rescue System with the help of the dogs. It is concerned with the individual rescue parts and organizations in the field of rescue cynology. The work consists of the theoretical foundations and methodology as well as the specialized dog training. The part of this work includes the extracts of the essential requirements of the Ministry of the Interior. These extracts are aimed at individual whipper-in and dogs that can be called not only in the Czech Republic but also in the international rescue operations. The work is extended with practical experience from the cynology part. The beginning contains of the history of cynology and is aimed at the progressive development until nowadays. Than the essential division of The Integrated Rescue System is defined. Next part shows the most suitable breed for the rescue work. The forth part deals with the dog training, suitable methods, principles and the choice of the proper puppy. In the practical part, the possibilities of the usage of the official dogs and appropriate legislative and expenses of the dog in the private security services are described. |
