V této práci byl navržen nový typ Plastové úchytky, pro kterou byla vytvořena výrobní dokumentace sestavny dvojnásobné vstřikovací formy. Výrobní dokumentace byla nakreslena v programu Catia V5r15. Vybrané části formy byly podrobeny mechanické analýze. Ta byla provedena jak početně, tak i pomocí programu COSMOS DesignSTAR 4.5. Oba tyto výsledky byly přibližně shodné a dokazují, že navržená vstřikovací forma vyhovuje podmínkám pro vstřikování plastů. |

The object of the work was designed new type of Platic hold, for that was created production documentation of injection mold for given product. The production documentation was designed by means of programme Catia V5r15. The choice parts of mold were taken an mechanical analysis. It was done both arithmetical and by means of programme COSMOS DesignSTAR 4.5. Both results were approximately identical and it was demonstrated, that designed injection mold suit given conditions for inject of plastic. |
