Cílem této práce je nalezení vhodných možností ke zhodnocení nevyužitého majetku společnosti XY, s.r.o. Jsou zde shrnuty teoretická východiska a poznatky s cílem správně a účelně stanovit hledané parametry pro využití volného majetku. Praktická část popisuje současný stav majetku společnosti, jeho současné využití a navrhuje možností zhodnocení majetku. Projektová část popisuje konkrétní činnosti, které by mohly být společností ve zkoumaném areálu provozovány ve smyslu dosažení požadovaného zhodnocení tohoto majetku. |
