Tématem bakalářské práce je analýza rozdílů hospodaření a zdrojů financování ziskového a neziskového sektoru. V teoretické části je nejprve vysvětleno, co je to financování a hospodaření, následně jsou zde uvedeny organizace ziskového sektoru se zaměřením na společnost s ručením omezeným a organizace neziskového sektoru se zaměřením na občanské sdružení. Dále je popsána právní úprava jednotlivých organizací, způsoby hospodaření a zdroje financování a finanční analýza vybraných ukazatelů. V praktické části je pak srovnána činnost společnosti s ručením omezeným a občanského sdružení, rozdíly v právní formě, v účetnictví a ve způsobu stanovení základu daně a nakonec finanční analýza vybraných ukazatelů. |

The theme of the bachelor thesis is an analysis of the differences in management and fun-ding sources of profit and non-profit sectors. At first in the teoretical part is explained what funding and management is. After that there are described organizations in profit sector with speciality to limited liability company and organizations in non-profit sector focused on civic associations. The teoretical part continues to describe legislation of individual or-ganizations, the ways of management and sources of funding and financial analysis of se-lected indicators. In the practical part are activities of company with limited liability com-pared with activities of the civic association, their differences in the legal form, the accoun-ting and the manner of determining the tax base and finally financial analysis of selected indicators. |
