Cieľom tejto diplomovej práce bolo štúdium zmáčania vybraných typov povrchov. Expe-rimentálna časť obsahuje určenie kontaktných uhlov zmáčania kremíkových doštičiek (s rôznym stupňom drsnosti) metódou sediacej kvapky a dvoch druhov práškových mate-riálov (kaolínu a ?- Al2O3) pomocou Washburnovej metódy. Pre výpočet povrchových energií boli použité tri modely, a to OWRK metóda, Fowkesova metóda a prístup podľa Wu. Experimenty boli doplnené FTIR analýzou a AFM analýzou povrchu. |

The aim of this Master thesis was the study of the wetting of selected types of surfaces. The experimental part contains results of the contact angles measurement of the silicon wa-fers with different roughness by means of the sessile drop method, and of the two types of particular samples- kaolinite and ?- Al2O3 by means of the Washburn method. For the calculation of the surface free energy and its components several computational approaches were employed (OWRK, Fowkes and Wu). Moreover FTIR and AFM analysis of the samples was performed. |
