dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá stresem v povolání všeobecných sester pracujících v chirurgických oborech. Teoretická část je rozdělena na pět stěžejních bodů. Na vymezení pojmu stres, jeho následků, jeho zvládání a na stres v profesi všeobecné sestry. Teoretickou část uzavírá kapitola supervize v povolání všeobecné sestry. Praktická část je tvořena shromážděním, analýzou a vyhodnocením dat získaných pomocí dotazníkového šetření v krajské nemocnici, tedy v zařízení většího typu a v nemocnici privátní, tedy v zařízení typologicky menším. Na základě analýzy dat byly vytvořeny internetové stránky, které by měly sloužit jako stresový katalyzátor nejen pro všeobecné sestry.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis is focusing on stress in the general nurse profession especially within the surgical area. The theoretical part is divided into five main points. To define the con-cept of stress, its consequences, how to cope with it and stress in a general nurse job. The theoretical part is ended by the chapter about supervising in a general nurse job. The practi-cal part contains the collation, the analysis and the evaluation of data received by the ques-tionnaire inquiry in a regional hospital, meaning the facility of bigger size, and in a private hospital, meaning the facility typologically smaller. The web pages were created on the basis of the analysis of data, which should serve as a stress catalyst not only for general nurses.	en
