Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá exekucemi dávek a exekučním postižením majetku u osob nebo rodin v nepříznivé sociální situaci. Zaměřuje se na skupinu obyvatel, kteří jsou větši-nou dluhově přetíženi, nemají stálou práci a pobírají sociální dávky. Soustřeďuje faktory spouštějící zadluženost, zjišťuje schopnost dlužníků se s tímto negativním fenoménem vypořádat a zkoumá i formu pomoci ze strany státních nebo jiných organizací. Teoretická část se převážně zabývá zákony, které umožňují dávky a majetek postihnout. Praktická část je výsledkem výzkumu, který byl proveden u osob, které se v této nepříznivé životní situaci ocitly. Vyhodnocení poukazuje na faktory, které zapříčiňují zadluženost domácností. |

This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of the benefits execution and with the execution of possessions at people or families in an unfavourable social situation. It focuses on the group of inhabitants who are mostly overloaded with debts, do not have a permanent job and draw benefits. It centralizes factors which cause indebtedness, detects the ability of debtors to deal with this negative phenomenon and also detects the form of assistance from state or other organizations. The theoretical part focuses mainly on the laws which make it possible to distrain the benefits and possessions. The practical part is the result of the re-search which was carried out at people who are in this unfavourable social situation. The evaluation refers to the factors which cause the indebtedness of households. |
