Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou nákladů ve společnosti VS Domy, a.s. Analýza je zaměřena na různé způsoby členění nákladů a nákladové ocenění činností organizace. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část obsahuje informace o nákladech, jejich členění a možnostech kalkulace se zaměřením na metodu kalkulace nákladů podle aktivit. Tyto poznatky jsou využity k vypracování analytické části práce. V praktická části je nejprve uvedena charakteristika společnosti VS Domy, a.s. Následuje analýza nákladů, kde jsou zpracovány různé způsoby klasifikace nákladů a rozbor nákladů dle struktury činností organizace. V závěru práce je uvedeno vyhodnocení analýzy a doporučení pro společnost. |

This bachelor thesis deals with cost analysis of the VS Domy, a.s. company. The analyse is focused on various ways of segmentation of costs and the cost evalution arised from the company's activities. The work is divided into two parts. The theoretical part contains information about costs, their classification and possibilities of cost calculation with the focus on Activity Based Costing. These findings are further used to elaborate the analytic part of the thesis. In the practical part there are firstly stated the main characteristics of the VS Domy, a.s. company. Subsequently there comes the analyse of costs, where there are elaborated various ways of cost classification and the analysis of costs by the structure of the company's organisation. At the end of the thesis there is the evaluation of the analyse and the recommendation for the company. |
