Cílem této práce je seznámit čtenáře s různými formami nabídky českých a moravských vín na našem trhu. K lepšímu a komplexnímu pochopení této oblasti je především nutné zmínit historii vína ve světě i u nás, seznámit je s vinařskými oblastmi a podoblastmi ČR, schválenými odrůdami u nás, vlivu terroir na kvalitu vína, uvést zásady při degustaci vína, upozor-nit je na choroby a vady, se kterými se mohou u vín setkat, přiblížit kategorizaci vín a popsat jednotlivé formy nabídky vín s jejich klady a zápory. |

Main aim of this work was to introduce various forms of Czech and Moravian wines offers present in our market-place to readers. For better and more complex understanding of this subject it was necessary to mention history of wine in the Czech Republic and worldwide, introduce wine regions and sub-regions of the Czech Republic, as well as approved grape varieties grown in our country, influence of terroir to is quality, and state basic rules for wine-tasting. It was important to mention vine diseases and abnormalities that can be found, introduce categorization of wine, and draw attention to all important factors in con-nection with the wine quality and purchase. Individual forms of wine offers with their advantages and disadvantages were also mentioned. |
