dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zabývá projektem implementace CRM systému pro zlepšení řízení vztahů se zákazníky ve firmě XY, s.r.o. Cílem je zpracování teoretických východisek o dané problematice, analýza současného stavu řízení vztahů se zákazníky ve společnosti a zpracování projektu zavedení konkrétního CRM řešení do firmy. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část se věnuje rozboru literárních pramenů týkajících se problematiky řízení vztahů se zákazníky a implementace CRM systému. Praktická část se dále dělí na část analytickou a projektovou. Analytická část se zabývá analýzou společnosti, jejího současného stavu řízení vztahů se zákazníky a výběrem konkrétního dodavatele CRM systému. Projektová část řeší zavedení navrženého CRM systému do firmy, vyčísluje náklady a přínosy implementace systému.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This diploma thesis deals with implementation of the CRM system for better managing of customer relationships in the XY, Ltd. The aim is to elaborate the theoretical background on the issue, analyze the current state of customer relationship management and processing of the project to implement CRM solution specific to the company. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with the analysis of literature relating to issues of customer relationship management and CRM system implementations. The practical section is further divided into an analytical and design. The analytical part deals with analysis of the company's current state of customer relationship management and vendor selection of a particular CRM system. The project addresses the implementation of the proposed CRM system to the company, estimates the costs and benefits of system implementation.	en
