Práce je zaměřena na firemní kulturu a strategické řízení organizace. První část teoretické části shrnuje poznatky týkající se firemní kultury, její druhy, strukturu a faktory, které ji ovlivňují. Ve druhé části teoretické části najdeme poznatky o strategickém řízení organizace, o tom, jak se strategie tvoří, jak realizovat a jaký je význam managementu na tento proces. Ve třetí části teoretické části se seznámíme s provázáním pojmů firemní kultura a strategické řízení organizace, jejich vzájemným působením a vlivem zaměstnanců na firemní kulturu a strategické řízení organizace. Praktická část je zaměřena na zjištění, zda v konkrétní organizaci vládne silná firemní kultura a zda jsou zaměstnanci organizace součástí tvorby strategie společnosti. |

This bachelor thesis is focused on corporate culture and strategic management. The first part of the thesis sums up information concerning corporate culture, its kinds, its structure and circumstances affecting it. In the second part of theoretical part we can find knowledge about strategic management, aboout creating the strategy and how to carry it out and the importance of management in this proces. In the third part we will familiarise with the relation between corporate culture and strategic management, their mutual effect and the influence of employees on corporate culture and strategic management. The practical part is concentrated on findings whether there is strong corporate culture in surveyed company or not and whether the company employees are the part of creating corporate strategy. |
