Předmětem diplomové práce je zhodnocení efektivnosti investice, kterou představuje bioplynové stanice. Toto zhodnocení bude provedeno pomocí metod hodnocení efektivnosti investic. Teoretická část diplomové práce se zabývá tématikou obnovitelných zdrojů energie, její legislativou a také investičním rozhodováním. Praktická část obsahuje popis společnosti včetně jejího vývoje hospodaření v posledních letech a především je zde věnována pozornost výstavbě bioplynové stanice a jejímu zhodnocení. Závěrem jsou uvedena doporučení pro společnost, zda danou investici realizovat či nikoliv. |

Subject of this thesis is the evaluation of investment efficiency, which is biogas station. The evaluation will be performed using methods of investment efficiency evaluation. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the topic of renewable energy resources, legislation and investment decisions. The practical part includes a description of the company with the development of economy in recent years, and especially is paid attention to the construction of biogas station and its evaluation. Finally, recommendations are given for the company, whether to realize the investment or not. |
