V dnešním moderním světě je spousta firem, které již využívají informační systém a díky němu mají lepší informace a přehled o své výrobě, administrativě, účetnictví a jiných odděleních. Ale najde se i spousta firem, které naopak odmítají výdobytky moderní doby a nechtějí se spolehnout na techniku. V současné době je důležité mít přehled ovšem a o všech. Protože doba si to žádá a pokud není dohled nad člověkem a jeho výkonem, tak si dělá, co chce. A z tohoto důvodu musí být člověk pod neustálým dohledem. Ať už člověka nebo počítače. Optimalizace je založena na dílčích krocích, které mají přispět ke zlepšení informačního systému. Tyto dílčí kroky jsou tvořeny např. počítáním neshodných výrobků, normami, plánováním výroby a čárovým kódem. Výsledkem by mělo být usnadnění práce zaměstnanců a větší efektivita informačního systému. |
