dc.description.abstract	Vo svojej bakalárskej práci sa zaoberám porovnaním úrovne spoločenskej zodpovednosti firiem v ČR a na Slovensku. Práca obsahuje teoretický základ potrebný pre porozumenie problematiky, ďalej stručný pohľad do histórie spätej s touto problematikou, potom sú to prínosy, ktoré so sebou spoločensky zodpovedné podnikanie prináša, kritický pohľad na problematiku a moţné spôsoby merania úrovne spoločenskej zodpovednosti. V praktickej časti potrebné informácie zisťujem dotazníkovým prieskumom, ktorý tvoria dve časti: kvantitatívna a kvalitatívna časť. V kvantitatívnej časti elektronicky rozposielam dotazník do konkrétnych firiem v oboch štátoch. V kvalitatívnej časti realizujem osobný rozhovor v dvoch firmách v ČR a dvoch firmách na Slovensku.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	In my bachelor thesis I am dealing with comparing of the level of companies social responsibility in Czech Republic and Slovakia. It is containing theoretical basis that is needed for understanding of the mentioned area, brief introduction of history connected with the topic, benefits of social responsible businesses, critical appraisal and methods used for evaluation of the social responsibility. Information required for my practical part are taken from questionnaire survey that consists of quantitative and qualitative part. The quantitative part focuses on acquiring of data from the questionnaires that are sent to the factual companies placed in both of the countries. In qualitative part I am carrying out the personal interview in two Czech and two Slovak companies.	en
