Hlavním pilířem bakalářské práce je Crohnova choroba nejen z pohledu klienta, ale i z pohledu rodinných příslušníků vybraných klientů s touto nemocí. Teoretická část je koncipována tak, že následuje popis příčin, projevů, diagnostika, terapie a komplikace Crohnovy choroby. V další části následuje analýza a využití alternativní léčebné metody u vybraných klientů s tímto onemocněním. Poslední kapitola v teoretické části je zaměřena na determinaci pojmu potřeba a specifikace potřeb klientů s Crohnovou chorobou. V praktické části šetříme kvalitu života klientů s Crohnovou chorobou za použití standardizovaného dotazníku kvality života od Světové zdravotnické organizace. Z rozhovorů jsme determinovaly negativní vlivy Crohnovy choroby na klienty v osobní, sociální, pracovní a finanční sféře. Posledním sledovaným aspektem šetření je informovanost rodinných příslušníků o Crohnově chorobě. Výsledky šetření budou prezentovány na internetových stránkách určených nejen pro nemocné klienty, ale i pro rodinné příslušníky těchto klientů. Získané informace mohou být cenou informační databází i pro širokou veřejnost, která se zajímá o danou problematiku. |

The cornerstone of this work is Crohn's disease not only from the perspective of the client, but also in terms of selected family members of clients with this disease. The theoretical part is designed so that it firstly desribes the story of causes and then symptoms, diagnosis, treatment and complications of Crohn's disease. In the next section analysis and use of alternative treatments for selected clients with this illness follow. The last chapter in the theoretical part is focused on the determination of the term need and specifications of client needs with Crohn's disease. In the practical part we evaluate the quality of life of clients with Crohn's disease using a standardized questionnaire for quality of life from the World Health Organization. Due to interviews, we determined the negative effects of Crohn's disease on clients in personal, social, business and finance sphere of life. The last aspect of the investigation was informedness of family members of Crohn's disease. Survey results will be presented on the website intended not only clients suffering by this disease, but also for family members of those clients. The information obtained may be worthy database for the general public who are interested in this problem. |
