Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na drogovou problematiku, která vyústila v resortu vězeňství, a na systém práce s drogově závislými odsouzenými. Teoretická část popisuje obecně drogovou problematiku, trestně právní odpovědnost spojenou s užíváním psychotropních látek. Popis všech současných druhů specializovaných oddělení ve věznicích, a na Specializované oddělení protitoxikomanické ve Věznici Znojmo. Dále pak na strukturu a systém práce tohoto oddělení. Podrobně popisuje program zacházení na specializovaném oddělení. V praktické části jsou zpracovány kazuistiky s odsouzenými ze specializovaného oddělení protitoxikomanického. |

The aim of the Bachelor thesis is focused on the drug problems, which has flowed into the department of the prison service, and is also focused on the work with the convicted that is drug addicted. The theoretical part describes generally the drug problems, criminal responsibility connected with the use of psychotropic substances. Description of all current types of specialized departments in prisons and Specialized Department against Addiction in the prison in Znojmo. Further on the theoretical part describes the structure and the system of work of this particular department. It describes in detail the program of treatment on this particular department. In practical part there are processed the case reports of convicted from this Specialized Department against Addiction. |
