Tématem mé práce je srovnání různých zdrojů financování autobusu za účelem zjištění konkurenčího postavení firmy S MORAVA Leasing, a.s. na trhu. V teoretické části zpacovávám problematiku zdrojů financování, která souvisí s prací, a dále specifikuji kritéria pro výběr leasingové společnosti a metody pro porovnání jednotlivých variant. V praktické části přiblížím společnost S MORAVA Leasing, a.s., její historii, současnot a představím její produkty. Provedu analýzu leasingového trhu, srovnám podmínky poskytnutí leasingu a úvěru s jejími podmínkami poskytnutí leasingu a provedu SWOT analýzu firmy S MORAVA Leasing, a.s. Vyhodnotím výsledky mé práce a vyslovím doporučení pro společnost S MORAVA Leasing. |

The bachelor thesis is the comparison different source of financing of bus with purpose find out competitive position company S MORAVA Leasing, Inc. in market. In theoretical part of my Bachelor's work I deal with isuues of source of financing, which is also a theme of my work. Furthermore I do specify criteria for choice leasing company and methods for confrontation individual variants. In the practical part I describe the company S MORAVA Leasing, Inc. Its history, present and I introduce her products. I make an analysis od leasing and I make SWOT analysis of company S MORAVA Leasing, Inc. I evaluate data and I'll try to express my recommendations. |
