Teoretická část práce definuje konkurenceschopnost a faktory, které ji ovlivňují nebo metriky pro měření konkurenceschopnosti. Do perspektiv BSC spadají pojmy jako je příprava nabídky, plánování, zásoba, skladování, outsourcing, material requirement planning, benchmarking nebo fáze tvorby konkurenceschopnosti. V praktické části dochází k provedení analýzy firmy SLÉVÁRNA ANAH Prostějov, s.r.o. s využitím perspektiv konceptu BSC a na základě benchmarkingu dochází k porovnání jednotlivých firem. Návrhem pak dochází k vytvoření ideového projektu pro zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti firmy SLÉVÁRNA ANAH Prostějov, s.r.o., zlepšení nového skladu a opracování výrobku. |

The theoretical part of the work defines the competitiveness and the factors that affect it, or metrics for measuring competitiveness. The perspectives of the BSC concepts fall as bid preparation, planning, supply, storage, outsourcing, Material Requirement planning, benchmarking, or phase of competitiveness. The practical part is to analyze the company FOUNDRY ANAH Prostejov, Ltd. using the concept of the BSC perspectives and on the basis of benchmarking is to compare different companies. The proposal then is to create an ideological project to increase the competitiveness of firms FOUNDRY ANAH Prostejov, Ltd., a new warehouse and improve the working of the product. |
