Hlavním cílem diplomové práce bylo izolovat a stanovit vitaminy skupiny B v netradičních cereáliích, které byly následně analyzovány metodou HPLC s UV detekcí. Separace pro-běhla na koloně Supelcosil LC 8 (15 cm x 4,6 mm; 5 ?m). Mobilní fáze byla složena z metanolu a 0,12 mol.dm-3 CH3COONa. Eluce proběhla gradientově, průtok byl 0,8 ml.min-1. Uvedená metodika byla aplikovaná na 15 různých druhů cereálií. |

The main purpose of this thesis was the isolation and determination of the vitamins B in cereals. Cereals were analyzed by the HPLC method with UV detection. Separation was performed on column Supelcosil LC 8 (15 cm x 4,6 mm; 5 ?m). As a mobile phase metha-nol and 0.12 mol.dm-3 CH3COONa was used. Elution passed in gradient mode, selected flow rate was 0,8 ml.min-1. This method was applied on fifteen different types of cereals. |
