Práce se zabývá přeshraniční spoluprácí na česko-polské hranici, a to kontrérně na území Euroregionu Silesia. Cílem práce je poskytnout ucelený pohled na přeshraniční spolupráci a Euroregion Silesia. První část práce je zaměřena na popis teoretických východisek přeshraniční spolupráce euroregionů v dimenzích Evropské unie a vymezení základních pojmů regionálního rozvoje a přeshraniční spolupráce. Druhá část popisuje úkoly, činnost, právní postavení a vazby Euroregionu Silesia na ostatní subjekty. Součástí druhé části práce je zpracovaná SWOT analýza. Na základě provedené analýzy, jsou zpracovány návrhy na zlepšení česko-polské přeshraniční spolupráce na území Euroregionu Silesia. |

This work deals with cross-border cooperation on the Czech-Polish border, and specifi-cally in the territory of the Euroregion Silesia. The first part of my work is focused on the description of the theoretical basis of the cross-border cooperation in European Union and on with defining the basic concepts of regional development and cross-border cooperation. In the second part of my work, there is the description of tasks, activities, legal status and links to other entities. The component of the second part of this work is SWOT analysis. On the basis of executed this analysis, there are processed suggestions to improve Czech-Polish cross-border cooperation in the territory of the Euroregion Silesia. |
