Tato diplomová práce se zabývá benchmarkingem a optimalizací strojů na stříhání textilní-ho kordu ve společnosti Barum Continental s.r.o. Teoretická část je zaměřená na metody průmyslového inženýrství, benchmarking, optimalizaci výrobního procesu a na metody měření práce. Úvod praktické části obsahuje charakteristiku společnosti a jejího výrobního procesu. Další kapitolou je vymezení samotného projektu, analýza současného stavu a vypracování projektu na optimalizaci střihacích linek. Samotná analýza je rozdělena na benchmarkingovou část a analýzy. Následuje zhodnocení výsledků, které byly zjištěny na základě některých metod průmyslového inženýrství. Návrhy na optimalizaci strojů, které jsou zpracovány do projektové podoby, uzavírají praktickou část práce. |

This diploma thesis deals with benchmarking and optimization of textile cord cutting ma-chines in the Barum Continental s.r.o. company. The theoretical part focuses on industrial engineering methods, benchmarking, manufacturing process optimization and work measu-ring methods. The practical part introduction includes characterization of the company and its manufactu-ring process. Another chapter deals with definition of the project itself, a current situation analysis and conducting the project for cutting lines optimization. The analysis itself is di-vided into the benchmarking part and analyses. Subsequently, assessment of results, which have been found out on the basis of some industrial engineering methods, is included. Ma-chines optimization proposals, which are processed into the project, close the practical part. |
