Diplomová práce je zaměřena na šikanu na pracovišti - mobbing, bossing. Vymezuji pojmy, jako jsou mobbér, bossér, oběť. V teoretické části, která je členěna do kapitol a rozšířena o podkapitoly objasňuji příčiny, techniky, strategie, fáze mobbingu i bossingu, prevenci a pomoc obětem šikany. V empirické části, se snažím zjistit, zda většina respondentů zažila šikanu na pracovišti a jestli 10% dotazovaných osob, má díky špatným pracovním podmínkám zdravotní problémy. |

My diploma thesis is focused on bullying in the workplace, especially mobbing and bossing. It contains explanations of the following terms - a mobber, a bossing person and a victim. The theoretical part, which is segmented into chapters and subchapters clarifies the reasons, techniques, strategies, phases of mobbing and bossing and prevention and help for victims of bullying. In the empirical part of my diploma thesis I try to determine whether a majority of respondents actually experienced bullying at workplace and if 10% of those questioned, have health problems in cause of poor working conditions. |
