Diplomová práce se nezabývá klasickým srovnáním ústavní výchovy a pěstounské péče. V průběhu práce odkrývám nastolení nového systému v péči o ohrožené děti v České republice prostřednictvím profesionální pěstounské péče. Práce se snaží popsat nedostatečně zveřejňované podmínky profesionální pěstounské péče, obeznámit s novou podobou systému a připraveností zavést tento systém do praxe. Výsledky výzkumu diplomové práce mají upozornit na nedostatky navrženého systému, které se týkají nepřipravenosti v krátkém časovém úseku, nezajištění všech podmínek nutných k přeměně systému péče o ohrožené děti, nebo rázné ukončení činnosti ústavních zařízení. Práce má sloužit k poskytnutí informací o povědomosti nového systému mezi odborníky. Dále má díky výzkumnému šetření podat pravděpodobný obraz transformace systému péče o ohrožené děti. |

I would like to point out, that my thesis does not explicitly concern the standard comparison of the institutional care versus the foster care of children. In my thesis, I intend to discover the implementation of a brand new professional foster-parent care system of children in need in the Czech Republic. The thesis aspires to describe the generally insufficiently announced conditions of the professional foster care, as well as to promote both the new form of the new system and the moment of putting the system into practice. The reasearch results stated in my thesis are supposed to point out the deficiences of the proposed system, concerning a lack of longertime processing and preparation. Such deficiencies obviously inhibit the necessary conditions to change the system, neither allow a possible strict termination of the institutional care institions' activities. The thesis is supposed to provide the experts with information of the new system. As well as to present through research the probably picture of the transformation of care of the children in need . |
