dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou nízké konkurenceschopnosti konkrétního Ski areálu nacházející se na jižní Moravě. Teoretická část vymezuje obecné informace o rozhodování o investicích, marketingové a ekonomické analýze a nakonec jsou blíže po-psány specifika poskytované služby spojené s lyžováním V analytické části je představen Ski areál a provedena analýza konkurenceschopnosti. Z této části jsou vyvozeny relativní závěry pro část projektovou. V poslední části práce jsou definovány návrhy a doporučení, která povedou k růstu konkurenceschopnosti a ke zvýšení atraktivnosti, návštěvnosti a z toho plynoucí efektivnosti lyžařského areálu. Návrhy a doporučení jsou v závěru práce podrobeny rizikové analýze.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis deals with the low competitiveness of a particular Ski resort located in South Moravia. The theoretical part defines general information about the investment decisions; marketing and economic analysis and finally the services associated with skiing are descri-bed in more detail. In the analytical part of the thesis is the analysis of the Ski resort com-petitiveness ability. From the analytical section are drawn relative conclusions for the pro-ject data. In the last part of the thesis are defined proposals and recommendations that will lead to the increased competitiveness, improvement of the Ski resort?s attractiveness, visi-tor and usage increase as well as overall efficiency. In the conclusion of the thesis any su-ggestions and recommendations will be subjected to risk analysis.	en
