dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce rozebírá úkoly a funkce veřejné správy při ochraně spotřebitele. V práci jsou rozpracované kapitoly týkající se právní legislativy v ČR a v EU, vymezuje problematiku hospodářské soutěže a charakterizuje úkoly a funkce jednotlivých orgánů veřejné správy při ochraně spotřebitele. Práce poukazuje na pojetí zákonů a jejich aplikaci v praxi. Na závěr navrhuje některá opatření směřující ke zlepšení ochrany spotřebitele.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis discusses the tasks and functions of public administration during the protecti-on of the consumer. There are chapters concerning the legal legislation in the Czech Re-public and the Europian Union. The diploma work defines the issue of the economic competition and characterizes the tasks and functions of the various institutions of the pu-blic administration for consumer protection. The work points to the concept of the laws and their application in practice. In the conclusion, certain measures to improve the pro-tection of the consumer are put forward.	en
