Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou hodnoty práce v romské komunitě. Zjišťuje, jakou práci Romové preferují nejvíce, co pro ně znamená a co jim přináší, nejen po stránce odměňování. Zda práce, kterou vykonávají, má vazby s jejich kulturou a historií. Tato práce popisuje vliv hodnoty práce ve vybrané romské komunitě v kontextu jejich každodenního života, se zaměřením se na překážky jejich plnohodnotné participace ve většinové společnosti z důvodu sociální exkluze. |

The diploma thesis deals with the penomenon of the value of work in Romany community. It is trying to find out which type of work Romanies prefer, what it means for them, what it brings to them, not only in the form of remuneration, and last but not least if the work they do has links to their culture and history. This paper describes impact of value of work in a chosen Romany community in a context of their everyday life, with a special attention being paid to the obstacles of their adequate participation in a majority society due to the social seclusion. |
