dc.description.abstract	Vo svojej diplomovej práci sa zameriam na zefektívnenie systému controllingu v spoloč-nosti XY spol. s r. o. V rámci teoretickej na základe odbornej literatúry sa zameriam na pojem controlling, con-troller, reporting a bližšie rozoberiem problematiku projektového controllingu. Praktická časť obsahuje analytiku a projekt. V analytickej časti sa zameriam na analýzu súčasného ekonomického stavu v spoločnosti XY spol. s r. o. a rovnako vykonám analýzu využitia controllingu. V projektovej časti navrhnem opatrenia, ktoré budú viesť k zefektív-neniu controllingového systému. Tieto opatrenia sa budú odvíjať od poznatkov zistených v teoretickej a analytickej časti.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	Increasing of the efficiency of controlling system at XY sro company is going to be the main topic of my thesis. In theoretical part, based on professional literature, one is going to focus on term con-trolling, con-troller, reporting. The problematic of project controlling will be explained in detail. Practical part consists of analysis and project. In analytical part one is going to focus on analysis of current economical state of company xy spol sro as well as analysis of con-trolling utility. In the project part measures that will lead to effective controlling system are going to be recommended. These measures are going to be based on the knowledge gained in theoretical and analytical part of the thesis.	en
