Tématem diplomové práce je Domácí násilí - dítě jako oběť a svědek. Popisuje problematiku domácího násilí ve vztahu k nezletilému dítěti, především se zaměřením na týrání. Domácí násilí může potkat každého, patří mezi závažné sociální problémy. V dnešní době se jedná o velmi frekventovaný a používaný pojem. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a empirickou. Teoretická část obsahuje vymezení pojmu: domácí násilí a jeho charakteristiku, znaky a formy násilí, oběť, agresor, syndrom CAN, dále se zaměřuje na legislativu, pomáhající instituce. Empirická část zahrnuje výzkumné šetření, které se zabývá informovaností dospělých, žijících v regionu Svitavy, o problematice domácího násilí. Cílem bylo posoudit, zda vědí, kam se obrátit v případě, že chtějí pomoci ohroženému dítěti. Pro výzkum byla použita metoda dotazníku. |

The theme of this master thesis is a Domestic violence - the child as a victim and witness. The thesis deals with the issue of domestic violence in relation to a children, mainly describe child abuse. Domestic violence can be happen to anyone,it's one of serious social problems. Nowdays, it's very frequent and used term. This thesis is consist of theoretical and empirical part. Theoretical part contains the definition of the term domestic violence, its charecteristic, signs and forms of violence, victim, aggressor, syndrome CAN (Child Abuse and Neglect), legislation and helping institutions. The empirical part deals an explorary research that is focused on finding how adults in the region of Svitavy are informed about problems of domestic violence. The aim is to assess what part of respondent adults have met with this social pathology phenomenon and if they know where to turn to get help for endangered child. Used research method was questionnaire. |
