Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou vrstevnických vztahů a jejich vlivem na celkové klima školy. Teoretická část popisuje vývoj vrstevnických vztahů v jednotlivých etapách vývoje jedince, zabývá se komunikací školy se žáky, školy s rodiči a komunikací mezi vrstevníky, školním klimatem. V praktické části se na základě výzkumného šetření potvrdil stoupající počet případů šikany ve školách a také to, že kvalitní vrstevnické vztahy mohou vydržet i v dalším životě. |

Bachelor's thesis lists the issues of the relations among the peers and their effect on the overall climate of the school. The theoretical part describes the development of the relations among the peers in the different stages of the development of the individual. It deals with communications of school with pupils, a school with parents, peers among themselves, and the climate of the whole school. On the basis of the research investigation the practical part confirmed that there is the rising number of cases of bullying in schools. On the other hand it also confirmed that the quality relations among peers can stand in their next lives. |
